Mersey travel commissioned Balfour Beatty to construct the new £7 million Mersey Ferries landing stage at Liverpool’s Pier Head.
The landing stage complements the cruise liner terminal as it is a similar design. It also provides permanent accommodation for the Mersey fire and rescue boat.
BPH Equipment supplied its Kobelco CKE 2500 (250t) crawler crane which is currently the largest in our hire fleet.
