At BPH Equipment our top priority is the safety of our employees, customers, members of the public and anyone who may be affected by our activities.

BPH Equipment aim to ‘Make Safety Personal’ meaning our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot take the time to do it safely and correctly. We owe it to everyone to get it right first time and all the time.

Our approach to safety culture compliance is to proactively maintain a safety first culture in all our staff. Exemplary safety performance cannot be achieved purely via policing.

We seek to ensure that companies with whom we contract to or subcontract to have a similar high standard. Our suppliers and subcontractors are audited to ensure their policies and procedures meet employment, health, safety and environmental standards.

Along with the plant manufacturers we are seeking to install the latest safety technology and equipment to allow us to maintain operate and install our equipment with the highest degree of safety culture compliance.

We invest in training and qualification, this includes CSCS / CPCS for all operatives, fitters and yard personnel to which we have achieved 100% compliance for site based or site visiting employees. We also have a robust health & safety management system which includes drugs and alcohol testing, regular medicals and health surveillance monitoring.

BPH Equipment Limited conforms and is certificated to the OHSAS 18001:2007/ ISO 9001:2008 / ISO 14001:2004 Management System standards for Specialist Crawler Crane and Suspended Piling Equipment Hire.

During 2016, BPH Equipment Limited became CHAS Accredited and recently achieved the FORS Silver Accreditation.
